PRESIDIO - Drastic school budget cuts are forcing Presidio schools to make dramatic changes.

Now the school district may be looking at a four day school week.

As the fourth poorest school district in Texas, there aren't a lot of options.

The budget has been slashed by seven percent.

The school board is now asking the Superintendent to appeal to the Texas Education Agency.

Dennis McEnitire will ask the state for more flexibility in scheduling.
