The Odessa man who drowned at the Balmorhea State Park has been identified. State Park Game Warden Jared Self tells NewsWest 9, the id found on the man belongs to 48-year old Ramon Huertas.

State Park Game Warden Jared Self tells NewsWest 9, the id found on the man belongs to 48-year old Ramon Huertas.
However the warden says the id had expired more than two decades ago.
