ODESSA - Scary moments for an Odessa driver, who was rear-ended, and ended up hitting a train.

Police say a woman, and her two passengers, including a one-year old child were riding north along Dixie in a car when they stopped for a moving train at the tracks on 2nd Street.

That's when 37-year-old Steve Lane, driving a pick-up truck behind them, didn't stop in time and rear ended the car.

Both vehicles hit the moving train and spun.

All four people were treated for non-life threatening injuries.

Lane is facing DWI charges for his part in the accident.
