Three Men Found Guilty of Cocaine Trafficking Charges

Two Odessa men and a Fort Stockton man are in jail after being busted in New Mexico.

Iglacer Hernandez and Arturo Navarette, both from Odessa, and Jacob Fragoso from Fort Stockton were arrested and charged with trafficking cocaine in Jal back in 2007.

The trio had multiple charges of conspiracy to distribute cocaine dating as far back as early 2007.

After deliberating for about half an hour, a Las Cruces federal jury found the men guilty.

Hernandez, Fragoso and Navarette delivered about 266 grams of cocaine to an undercover agent in Jal and received about $7,000 for the drugs.

The men could face up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $1 million dollars.

The trial lasted two days.
