ECTOR COUNTY - A gang member accused of a deadly shooting has been denied a reduced bond.
23-year-old Steven Uresti was arrested in the shooting death of a teen.
His defense attorney was trying to get his bond lowered from $500,000.
Uresti allegedly opened fire into a crowd outside the Pussycat Lounge in May, hitting 17-year-old Martin Blea, Junior.
He ran off to Houston and Dallas before turning himself into to U.S. Marshal's.
