MIDLAND - Midland Police want you to be on the lookout for a money scam that may be targeting elderly people.

On Friday, a black male in his 30's convinced an elderly man to give him a lift to Walgreens at Wadley and north Big Spring.

There they were met by another black male.

The two men convinced the elderly man to go to his bank and withdraw $2,000.

They then drove to a closed restaurant and convinced the elderly man to leave the money in the car and then walk to the back of the building.

The two black males stole the money and fled the scene.

Here's a description of the two males.

One of the black males is six feet tall, wearing a white cap with a white shirt and blue jeans.

The other black male is also six feet tall, very skinny and wearing a brown jumpsuit.
