MARTIN COUNTY - Another West Texas County has been added to the list of towns banning fireworks.
Martin County has banned the sale, use and possession of fireworks.
The only exception will be for professional displays.
That is, except for Winkler County, who've announced they will absolutely forgo any type of fireworks display.
The County says they just don't have enough man power in case a blaze did erupt.
Most of the lone star state has set firework bans in place.
