ANDREWS COUNTY - A tire blowout leads to a deadly accident in Andrews County.

The wreck happened around 6 p.m. Friday night, five miles west of Andrews.

We're told 23-year-old Victor Mendoza of Andrews, was driving east on Highway 115, when his left rear tire suddenly blew out.

His truck rolled three times before landing in a ditch.

Mendoza was pronounced dead at the scene.
