Midland Police Host BBQ Benefit to Help One of Their Own

MIDLAND - Midland Police Department held a barbeque benefit to help one of their own.

Dispatcher Adam Reed went into an 11 day coma recently due to a condition he didn't know about.

Police officers and dispatchers came together to put on a benefit barbeque to help with his medical costs on Friday morning at the midland police department.

Plates of brisket were sold as well as raffle tickets for Visa and Outback Steakhouse gift cards.
