Fireworks won't be lighting up the sky for the fourth in Ector and Winkler counties.

Governor Rick Perry gave the green light to extending both Counties disaster declarations.

It's illegal to sell, buy or use fireworks in both counties.

That's good until July fifth.

In Ector County, all outdoor burning has been banned except for barbeque and professional welding.

You cannot burn your trash.

Ector and Winkler County join the growing list of West Texas counties banning fireworks including Andrews, Brewster, Howard and Midland County.

Upton County is still waiting for approval.
