MARTIN COUNTY - Authorities are investigating after a fatal accident in Martin County.
Martin County Sheriff John Woodward tells NewsWest 9, one vehicle was traveling southbound on Highway 349 when the driver lost control, overcorrected and rolled over around 3:45 p.m. Thursday afternoon.
The driver was pronounced dead on the scene.
Officials also said it appears that the driver was not wearing a seatbelt.
The identity of the driver will not be released until the victim's family is notified.
It is unknown if alcohol was a factor in the accident.
