HOBBS, N.M. - A Hobbs tattoo artist will spend the next 12 years in prison.

44-year-old Phillip Ed Harrison plead no contest to attempted second degree murder.

Police say Harrison shot and killed 31-year-old Orlando Martinez at Harrison's Tattoo Shop on Grimes Street back in September 2009.

After the shooting, police say Harrison moved to Kansas, where he opened up another tattoo shop.

Investigators say he was found after being featured on the television show, "America's Most Wanted."
