ODESSA - One of the people accused in the brutal murder of an Odessa man has been re-indicted.

Willie Hurst is one of four people accused of killing Robert Thornhill.

The indictment now includes the details of Thornhill's murder back in 2008.

Investigators say Thornhill's throat had been cut, he was shot with a crossbow and then his body was dumped in a pasture northwest of Goldsmith and set on fire.

The suspects were arrested a month after Thornhill's disappearance.

One of the suspects led authorities to Thornhill's body.

No motive was ever released but the FBI later confirmed a love triangle between Hurst, Thornhill and a woman who is also accused in the murder.
