K-2 Banned in the State of Texas

It's now illegal all across the state of Texas, we're talking about the incense K-2.

State lawmakers have officially banned it.

That's because it's smoked like pot to get high.

The ban goes into effect on April 22.

If you're caught making it, selling it, or even having it, you're looking at fines up to $4,000 and up to six months in jail.

The "fake pot" is known to have the same effect as marijuana and used to be sold at gas stations and even the Internet.
