ODESSA/BIG SPRING - Two more area cities are preparing to finalize their water restriction plans.
The City Council in both Odessa and Big Spring will vote on their water restriction plans this week.
Those plans are designed to reduce the region's use of water and will go into effect soon.
The plans include setting up a water schedule for homeowners and businesses and cracking down on water wasters.
The City of Midland is taking similar action.
