Natural disasters can bring people together but they can also bring out scam artists and the Permian Basin Better Business Bureau is issuing a warning for donors after Friday's earthquake in Japan.

That quake sparked a tsunami killing 200 to 300 people and leaving hundreds more missing.

The Better Business Bureau is sending out a warning that people will try to take advantage of your generosity.

They encourage you to research before you donate.
