Las Vegas City Official Named New Assistant City Manager in Midland

MIDLAND - A Las Vegas City Official will soon be working for the City of Midland.

Jim Nicholas, the current Deputy City Manager in Las Vegas, will start his new job in Midland on April 4.

He's been chosen as the Tall City's new Assistant City Manager.

Nicholas says he's excited and looks forward to serving the community.

Nicholas was selected for the position after the retirement of Marcus Johnson back in January.
