An Andrews man, who admitted to computer fraud, won't do any time for the crime.
37-year-old Ismael Alvarez was sentenced to five years probation.
He confessed to breaking into his employer's computer and deleting more than 60 files.
Gray Wireline says the deletion cost $16,000 to fix.
The FBI investigated the case.
Besides probation, Alvarez will be under house arrest for a while and will wear an ankle monitor.
