NewsWest 9 has obtained an arrest warrant affidavit in the case and it describes little Zachary Dominguez' injuries and says at least one of this siblings was also abused.

Officers were called out to a home Lincoln Street Sunday morning.

That's where police say five year old Zachary Dominguez went into cardiac arrest and later died at the hospital.

According to the affidavit, Zachary's injuries included multiple bruises, burn marks from scalding and open sores.

It goes on to say that Zachary and a three year old sibling showed signs of sexual abuse.

Zachary's sibling also had numerous injuries on his body, including bruises.

The boy's mother, 27-year-old Kimberly Moore and her boyfriend 25-year-old Ralph Martinez remain behind bars on $100,000.

The affidavit says the couple knew of the physical abuse, but did not get medical attention for the children.

We're told by the District Attorney's office that more charges could be coming.
