ODESSA - An Odessa man is dead after driving the wrong way down Loop 338 on Saturday night.
DPS troopers say 49-year Raul Soliz of Odessa was driving a 2000 Ford Expedition south in the northbound lanes on Loop 338 around 9:45p.m. Saturday night.
Soliz crashed head on into a tractor trailer on top of the overpass at 338 and Highway 302. Soliz died at the scene.
