ODESSA - The Odessa City Council also put an electric rate increase, proposed by ONCOR Energy, on hold.

That increase would've taken effect on February 14th.

It adds up to about $60 a year more on your bill.

The city has 90 days to review the proposal.

The council has the option of coming to an agreement with ONCOR or they can deny the increase all together.

If the city denies it, it will go to the Public Utility Commission for review.
