A pre-trial hearing for an accused killer has been postponed.
James Spencer Williams was supposed to have that hearing on Friday morning but it's been moved after a motion continuance was granted.
That's according to District Attorney Bobby Bland.
No word yet on when the pre-trial hearing will happen.
Williams is charged with the Odessa murder of 59-year-old Antonio Villa.
It happened in June of last year at the West 51 Apartments.
Villa was stabbed to death.
Williams trial is set to begin on March 21st but it could change.
