MIDLAND - There's been an arrest involving a deadly motorcycle accident in Midland.
Police say the driver that caused the fatal accident was three times over the legal limit.
30-year-old Zachary Hernandez was taken into custody on Wednesday in Midland County.
He's been charged with intoxication manslaughter.
Hernandez was released from jail after posting a $50,000 bond on Thursday.
Hernandez was arrested in connection with this wreck back on December 26th.
We're told Hernandez' blood alcohol level results came back showing that he was more than three times over the legal limit.
Back in December, Police say Hernandez was on the service road of Loop 250, when he veered off the street and crashed in the median.
His passenger, 22-year-old Heidi Evans, died at the hospital.
