MIDLAND - The fate of the controversial Blue Ridge Apartments in Midland will be decided this week.

City Council members are expected to vote on proposed designs submitted by developer Ken Lokey.

Those designs are supposed to fix the problem of tenants being able to see in backyards of homes off Caldera Boulevard.

You'll remember this problem came to light after some of the apartments were built facing the wrong way.

Homeowners say their property values have gone down since the apartment buildings went up and they're considering legal action depending on the council's decision.

The meeting is set for Tuesday morning at City Hall.
