He's been run out of town after trying to run over an Ector County deputy.

35-year-old Jose Baeza was told to go back to Mexico and not return.

He was sentenced to 10 years of probation after pleading guilty to aggravated assault of a public servant and evading arrest.

It all happened back in August when Baeza refused to pullover for authorities.

Instead, he led them on a high speed chase.

When he was finally pulled over, Baeza rammed a deputy's car.

Deputies opened fire on Baeza, wounding him.

As part of the deal, Baeza, who doesn't have a criminal record, has to go back to Mexico.

If he comes back to the United States, he'll go back behind bars.
