ECTOR COUNTY - A Midland man remains behind bars in Ector County after being accused of stealing a front-end loader on the south side of Odessa.
46-year-old Fred Casel was arrested earlier this week after someone reported the theft at a business on east Pearl.
According to deputies, Casel drove through a fence when he stole the piece of equipment.
They caught up to him in an alley not far away.
