A Seminole man is facing serious charges, after police say he led them on a high speed chase through two counties.

26-year-old Garrett Wickson is charged with evading arrest and felony aggravated assault against a police officer.

Ropesville Police tell NewsWest 9, they noticed Wickson's SUV swerving all over the road, along Highway 62/82, just north of town, early Sunday morning.

Officers tried to pull Wickson over - who they suspected was driving drunk but he took off, with speeds topping 90 miles an hour.

Troopers laid road spikes along the Brownfield Highway to try and stop him.

His run ended in Brownfield but not before he rammed his car into two police cruisers.

Wickson remains in the Terry County Jail.
