Time has run out to leave your comments on the construction of a radioactive waste plant in Andrews.
Sunday was the last day for public comment.
But now, one group against the site says the Texas Compact Commission set up an invalid e-mail address for those to leave comments.
That's not what Waste Control Specialists is saying.
A spokesman says folks had 90 days to leave comments with the Texas Compact Commission.
He says those for and against the idea could give their 2 cents through the Internet, over the phone and in person.
WCS also says they've received hundreds of comments and not one complaint about the e-mail address.
‘Promote Andrews' still doesn't buy it and they're now filing a lawsuit against the Compact Commission.
Right now, the Commission is responding to the public's comments.
