MIDLAND - We're learning more about the Midland Lee teacher who was allegedly caught in a parked car with a 16-year-old student.
22-year-old Ruben Roy Rodriguez is accused of having an inappropriate relationship with the girl.
NewsWest 9 has obtained the arrest affidavit in the case.
In it, Midland Police say they discovered the pair, both in the driver's seat of Rodriguez's car.
Police say the pair admitted to kissing and that Rodriguez had been touching girl, who he says, thought was 17.
Both also told police she is his younger sister's friend.
