ODESSA - Missionaries in the heart of West Texas will soon be flying to Africa to help deliver dental aid to children there.
Members of New Destiny Christian Fellowship in Odessa will travel to cities and villages around Algeria, bringing with them supplies to help save children's teeth.
This will be their second trip there since 2008.
They'll be bringing hundreds of bags containing toothbrushes, toothpaste and floss-picks.
Missionaries going to Algeria say it's important to provide this aid because access to supplies like these can more often than not be out of reach for the people there.
"It's just the lack of being able to get the supplies," New Destiny Missionary Latasha Kechah, said. "They don't have enough money to feed their family as well as go extra and that's with the dental."
The New Destiny missionaries leave December 15th.
