MIDLAND - New information on the flower shop roof collapse that injured the owner in Midland.

Investigators demo work being done on the building connected to the Blooming Rose caused part of the roof to come down.

We're told three women were pulling out a bookshelf when it happened.

Investigators say the roof was only supported by a few beams, so when the bookshelf came out part of the roof came down.

The owner of the blooming rose, 72-year-old Wanda Watkins was pinned underneath it.

She was taken to the hospital, but is expected to recover.
