Midland Man Pleads Guilty to Causing Deadly Wreck

MIDLAND - A Midland jury is debating on how long a Midland man should spend in jail after admitting to his part in a deadly wreck.

Miguel Jose Hernandez pled guilty to Intoxication Manslaughter, Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and Unauthorized Use of a Motor Vehicle this week.

The 21-year-old led Midland police and state troopers on a high speed chase last year around the tall city. Hernandez sailed through a red light at 90 miles an hour and slammed into Robert Libenson's car, killing him.

Right now we're still waiting to hear how long he'll be behind bars.
