SEATTLE, WASH. - The book is closed in the Seattle murder trial of two men accused in the beating death of an Odessa man.

Steven Bauder, the other man accused of the crime, has plead guilty to the murder of Noel Lopez.

Bauder made that plea on Thursday in King County Court.

NewsWest 9 reported earlier this week that Bauder's co-defendant, Marcus Dennis, made a similar plea.

Both have admitted to killing Lopez at this construction site in Seattle back in April of 2008.

Bauder and Dennis were arrested a couple of days after the crime.

Lopez was born and raised in Odessa.

In exchange for pleading guilty, a 25 year prison sentence is being recommended by the prosecution, but the judge will have the final say.

No sentencing date has been set.
