ODESSA - More than 3,100 people are living a healthier lifestyle, thanks to Odessa College's 30 for 30 program.
The program officially ended on Thursday.
The program aims at getting people to exercise for 30 minutes a day for 30 days.
It's all to embrace a healthier lifestyle and to fight obesity.
Officials at Odessa College say encouraging healthy living is good for the College and everyone who takes part in the program.
"We've had several people come up to us telling us they've lost weight, and they're really happy that they met their challenge and they're going to continue with their fitness routine," Christine Matta with Odessa College, said.
Anyone who finished the program was entered into a drawing for prizes.
