HOBBS, N.M. - The investigation continues into a brutal murder in Hobbs.
31-year-old Carolina Deleon was found dead in a field back on September 11.
Investigators say Deleon was last seen getting into a gold car, near east Broadway and Marland early that morning.
Police believe Deleon may have been working as a prostitute.
Police won't release her cause of death; officers told NewsWest 9 on Monday that it was a brutal homicide.
