WEST ODESSA - We're getting our first idea of what was actually in the hideout compound used by Victor White, the man accused of shooting two Ector County deputies in West Odessa one week ago.

On Friday afternoon, State Troopers revealed what they found inside that compound of debunking rumors and putting an end to the speculation he was sitting on a weapons stock-pile during his stand off with more than one hundred law enforcement officials.

They say the investigation turned up no bombs, military weapons or a cache of guns.

They did tell NewsWest 9, White had trenches that were covered in some areas but there were no tunnels.

Authorities say they found five guns, including a high powered rifle and two shotguns.

White remains in the Midland County Jail, facing multiple attempted capital murder of a peace officer charges.
