Continuing coverage on the man accused of murdering his wife in a botched exorcism attempt will have his day in court.

As NewsWest 9 first reported, Jan David Clark's defense attorney filed a motion last week to suppress the autopsy of Clark's wife and have the case thrown out.

Clark's attorney claimed the evidence was inadmissible, because the autopsy was performed in Tarrant County.

On Friday, the judge denied the motion saying state guidelines allow Ector County to contract autopsies out of the County.
