One of four men indicted by the FBI on mail fraud charges says he did it.
U.S. Attorney John Klassen tells NewsWest 9, Fred Foster plead guilty to conspiracy to commit mail fraud last week.
Foster as well as three others, Gary Gardenhire, Jerrod Gardenhire and Cody Eckel were indicted back in June.
The FBI started investigating the four men back in December after being suspected of stealing millions from local oil and gas companies by using the U.S. Postal Service.
Foster's sentencing is expected sometime in November.
The other men will go to trial at the end of September.
