HOWARD COUNTY - Two children in Howard County taken away from their mother after she was found drunk and passed out on the couch.
Police arrested Jessica Page after a neighbor spotted her two year-old wandering around their home alone.
Authorities tell NewsWest 9, they found Page passed out and sleeping on the couch with her infant.
Child Protective Services now has both children in custody.
