ODESSA - Ector County deputies plan to re-arrest an Odessa man for a deadly wreck.

21-year-old Alonzo Rodriguez now faces stiffer charges.

He's wanted for evading arrest with a vehicle causing death.

We're told Rodriguez was fleeing from deputies when he crashed a truck.

One of his passengers, 16-year-old Uriel Urias died in the crash.

Rodriguez and his brother Alfonso were arrested after trying to flee.

Rodriguez was originally charged with just evading arrest and was released after bonding out of jail last week.
