MIDLAND - A Texas death row inmate will have to wait to find out if he gets a new trial.
Convicted double murderer Clinton Lee Young sat in a Midland courtroom on Friday hoping to get a new trial.
It's the third time he's asked for one.
We're told it could be November or December before a decision is made.
Young, who has exhausted all of his state appeals, was found guilty of killing two east Texas men.
He dumped one of the bodies in an oil field in Midland County.
Young was caught after a high speed chase in Midland.
