ODESSA - The Odessa Police Department's name cleared after a set up by an organization called "Kop Busters."

Back in December of 2008, the "Kop Busters" staged a fake drug sting luring officers to a house where they were confronted with video cameras and posters indicated the whole situation was a hoax.

It was designed to embarrass and discredit the police department.

After an investigation by Texas Rangers, they issued warrants for Barry Cooper, his wife Lisa and an accomplice Tammy Grimes.

The arrest of these individuals and with the conclusion of the Yolanda Madden trial, it's found that Odessa Police performed professionally and appropriately.
