Traffic is flowing smoothly on Highway 87 from Lamesa to Tahoka.
It reopened around 2:30 on Thursday afternoon after being closed most of the week.
The highway flooded after a massive amount of rain fell.
We're told work crews pumped away close to ten million gallons of water off the road since Monday.
If that area gets any more rain, officials could close it again.
They are keeping the pumps nearby, just in case.
