ODESSA - New details in the case of a Permian math teacher accused of having an improper relationship with an 18-year-old student.

NewsWest Nine has obtained a copy of the affidavit detailing what 41-year-old Robert Young is accused of.

According to that document, Young and the teen started dating back in May and their relationship lasted through the end of the school year.

It says young would pick up the girl about three times a week from 10:00p.m. at night until 3:00a.m. in the morning.

While out, they would kiss and grope each other.

Young would also send explicit pictures and videos of himself to her.

School officials were tipped off to the relationship last week, and put young on paid leave.

They say, even though the girl is 18, it's illegal for any educator to have a romantic relationship with a student.
