BIG SPRING - The losing streak continues for a Big Spring business owner following a gambling bust back in May.

John Myatt turned himself into authorities on Wednesday.

The 35 year-old was charged with operating an illegal gambling place.

He owns the Cherokee Internet Cafe.

It's one of the three gambling places in town that were raided in May.

That's after undercover officers were paid in cash or visa cards for their winnings.

Authorities say the investigation is ongoing.
