BORDEN COUNTY - An Odessa man was killed Tuesday night in Borden County.
DPS troopers say 46-year-old Celso "Joe" Coronel was driving a gravel dump truck on FM 1054 around 10:00 p.m. when he lost control of the truck and hit a utility pole.
