TEXAS/MEXICO BORDER - A fatal border shooting, involving a U.S. Border Agent and a teenage Mexican boy, is blowing up into an international incident.

Mexican and U.S. officials are pointing fingers after a border agent allegedly fired a shot across the border and killed the boy.

That agent reportedly fired into a crowd of rock throwers at the international bridge near downtown El Paso.

On Tuesday, the Mexican Attorney General said a shell casing was found by the boy's body.

But U.S. officials say a video shows four Mexican law enforcement agents, cross the border, pick something up and go back to Mexico.

That same video shows the border agent, who was shooting at the rock throwers, never entered Mexico.
