Warrant Issued for Suspect in Connection with Permian High School Imposter Scam

New details involving the Permian High School imposter.

A man accused of helping him pull off his scam is wanted by police.

An arrest warrant has been issued for 20-year-old Jabari Caldwell.

He's accused of using a fake birth certificate from Haiti, two years ago to enroll Guerdwich Montimer into school.

Investigators say Caldwell claimed to be his half brother at the time.

Caldwell faces charges of tampering with government documents and using a fake ID. He could get more than 60 years in prison if convicted.

Right now, authorities can't find him.

On Tuesday, 22-year-old Guerdwich Montimer was indicted on charges of sexual assault and tampering with government records.
