ODESSA - New details on the Permian high imposter who faked being a 16-year-old basketball player.

On Tuesday, a grand jury returned two indictments against 22-year-old Guerdwich Montimer.

The first charge handed down was for sexual assault of a child.

That charge involves a student who said she had sex with Montimer back in 2009.

The second charge is tampering with government records and fraudulent use of identifying information.

Both of these indictments are second degree felonies and could carry as much as a 22 year sentence.

The jury found no wrong doing on the part of Ector County Independent School District, Permian High School or the Athletic Department.
