ECTOR COUNTY - A West Odessa man, accused in a weekend shooting, might want to get comfortable behind bars.
21-year-old Miguel Sanchez won't be getting out of jail, even if he makes bond.
A judge granted the District Attorney's request to revoke the bond Sanchez paid for a shooting that happened in September of 2008.
Two men ended up in the hospital with gunshot wounds.
That case still hasn't gone to trial.
Meanwhile, Sanchez remains in jail for a shooting over the weekend.
He surrendered at the Ector County Sheriff's Office on Tuesday.
Sanchez is accused of gunning down a man on Glenn Street early Saturday morning.
The victim was leaving after picking up someone from a party when he was shot in the back.
He's now recovering after surgery.
